lights on the ram air hood nostrils
Does anybody have an idea of how to install lights(neon or whatever you wanna call em) on the holes of the ram air hood? Ive seen it done on many occasions but I still have no idea. Some help would be awesome.

Yeah. Check out my cardomain in my sig. I used LEDs from walmart. They are LEDs for the sides of trucks and trailers so they are bright. I mounted them using 3m emblem tape and have had no problems. I used aluminum tape like this guy http://home.ptd.net/~chrispav/transam6lightsmods.html to reflect lights for the bottom nostrils. I pretty much used this guys plans except I used LEDs. I tried those cathode tubes but they looked pink, so i got red LEDs. Plus, the LEDs are smaller, brighter, and use less current. They were a lot easier to wire too since you dont need an inverter. Just tap into any + and - wires for power and mount a switch. I used the traction control wires and put the switch on the bottom of the ECU jack by my right knee. I just emblem taped it on there so the system is completely removable and i didnt have to drill any holes in my hood. The only pain was removing the ECU to get wires throught the firewall.
