RKSport Spoiler on T/A?
I know someone did this, I want to see pics but I cannot find them! I think it would look pretty cool and unique but thats my own opinion (kind of like the early 70s T/As!).
Would it work? What do you guys think?

i know about the heritage but there was someone on here that did it to their formula or T/A.....Just trying to think outside of the box, because it would def. be different. Although lots of people seem to be happy with how my car is now lol.

Well the hatch would have to be filled and smothed, and then drilled for the new Spoiler..
The question should be how much work are you willing to do to the car to make the spoiler fit.

It looks good from the rear, but from the side profile shot I don't like it. The rear hatch on a Trans Am slopes down, and then the spolier slope upward at an equal amount away from the parrallel line in relation to the rear decklid. In other words, if you look at a Trans Am from the side, and drew a horizontal line through the car, it would disect throught the rear spoiler and harch evenly, creating a balance visually. Honestly, GM did a damn good job at designing the rear of the Trans Am. It is one of the best looking cars on the road PERIOD. To this day, I love seeing a Trans Am (ram air or regular) going down the road, they just look so mean.

dam i didnt think it would look as good as it does...it kinda looks like my friends 72' Trans Am rear spoiler...
and i agree it would look "different" from a side view..but that rera/quater view looks awesomeeeee im seriously impressed, very clever idea
and no the T/A and formula hatches arent the same...like someone said the formula one is molded bla blabla but im sure its definitely do-able with the right amount of time

I think if looks good from the back as mentioned above but the side 3/4 shot it falls to pieces. Also He should have gone and molded the seam where it attaches to the hatch. IMO
