Default Stripping off wax?

I bought a car that has been waxed with zaino i beleive and i have washed it about 4 times now and it is begining to loose it's shine so i purchased some more zaino to wax it with again but i am not sure if i need to "strip" off the old wax or what? If i do need to how do i do that? Also the guy i bought hte car from said he used a buffer on it so i was wondering if i should get one for it and use it?

If you're going to put Zaino back on it, then there's no reason to remove what is already there.

You only need a 'buffer' if you have swirls, etc. that need to be removed.

The paint has no swirl marks but i wanna keep it that way and keep the paint looking as good as it does now.
