It's such a popular mod on the 02 TAs and it looks so good that you'd think someone would have come up with the same type of thing for the 02 Camaros. I know I'd love to have some sort of stylish, good-looking, classic badge for my 02 Z28. Maybe not in the same place as where they put it on the TAs, but maybe under the left tail light or something.

Anyone adventurous enough to try and design something?

actually all the camaros and firebirds from 2002 were considered the last of the breed, i bet they didnt do the badges for the 02 camaros because of the 3th LE badges that the 35ths got.

I asked myself the same question a couple of days ago Scotty and then figured it out as I was getting ready to start a thread asking that same question. Makes sense though.

What is a Camaro anyway? And please don't say it's a car. Must have some meaning.

I did a google on the meaning of the word Camaro and this is what I found.

"The word Camaro in french means "friend"..."

Ah, how true. About my only friend at this point but it never asks anything more than to be taken out a pushed hard. I can live with that friend.

Uh take a look at the badge and you will immediately see why it's not for Camaros...its the last of the breed of the "bird". The Phoenix is right on there. If anyone puts it on a Camaro I hope their car runs like **** and throws a rod or something.

I'm definitely not looking to put any sort of bird on my Camaro.

I don't want a badge saying that the Camaro is a breed that is dying. I'm simply equating it to the subject of a badge that represents it as being the last of the Camaros before they were "put on hiatus" or as being the last of the 4th gens. The LOTB badge on the TAs was the closest concept of what the badge would stand for, hence why I said "LOTB-style type of badge". No birds, no word "breed", no TA references... nothing. Just some sort of classy badge for 4th gen 02 Camaros that achieves the same thing as LOTB badges do on TAs.

I understand what you mean. Not a bad idea if someone wanted to captialse on it. Tough to put it in to a small phrase though. lol only because of the new camaro. Almost like the calm before the storm, but that doesnt say much for your car. haha im not too sure.

The TA should be back soon enough as well. I've been hearing a lot of speculation that they are killing off the GTO to bring back the Bird, but who knows
