it can probably be done on my own. but i want them to line up correctly and these look like i would get a life time of use out of the houseing and not have to seal/re seal etc

my buddy has soime on his 97 camaro. he likes them, and they throw out slightly more light than stock. my personal advice, ditch the blue bulbs that come with it and get some silver star bulbs.

just slapping hids in it doesnt usually yield good results. they are generally bright, but the light is scattered when put in a halogen housing. if you want hids, projectors, or hid specific reflector housings are the way to go.

Yeah please use the intended projectors. I hate to see oncoming OEM xenons in projectors already, and that's on 60% of the cars that come my way at night.

Umm there is a guy on this board who did that with the Eurolamps housing and it looks perfectly fine. Most of the freeform housings like that are fine for that and produce a cutoff and have no hotspots. Its when you throw them into a older style housing. 2nd Gen. Escalades have HIDs in reflector housings. Im working on retrofitting E46 projectors into my bird right now. As for fogs I have HIDs in mine.

bought an HID kit/housing combo from a non-sponsor. they are 6000k and H3 bulbs. Housings are about 1/4 inch smaller than stock foggers, but way high quality. I got a ton of compliments on them, when I got pulled over a couple weeks ago a cop even told me he wanted to get some for his El Camino lol. Light up the road very well even tho there is one hot spot, I can drive with just them on at night and have no worries.
