What a scam... I think that is even the picture from the orginal write up on how to do it yourself for $10: http://www.ls1camaro.net/sections.ph...ticle&artid=68

And for anyone else thinking the same thing, just look at what else that guy has bought lately off ebay...

OK, so the guy bought some acorn nuts and some threaded rod. What, do you think that **** just magically appears on your doorstep one day saying make coil relocation kits? No, you buy materials like every other person or company desiring to make a product. Besides, it's not the cost of these materials that jack up the cost of the kit, it's the cost of the plug wires. So, is Thunder Racing running a scam when they charge $199 or is Firehawk608 running a scam when he's going to charge +$200?

No they're going to be much cheaper than $200. I never said $200+ for the basic kit with polished brackets. Of course if you buy the install tools which I recommend for eigther mine or the Thunder kit ($35) plus buying fancy stainless braided spark wires the price can crack $200.

The way I see it is you'll buy a cheap kit to save a few bucks and wish you had spent a few dollars more to not screw up your car.

You spend ALL THIS HUGE $$$ to buy your car, maintain it, clean and protect it, Mod it.....

......and then you want to save 20 or 30 dollars for something so critical as the looks and operation of your Ignition System....STUPID if you ask me.
