Exclamation Anyone ever see these or have a pic of them on an LS1?

I found these flippin thru my new jegs book that came in and they look like they might be a nice change to the IMHO uguly platic coil covers. a little bit exspensive but might look excellent. if anyone has a pic with these installed post it up please

There was a lot of talk about those when they came out. I actually like them. I just didnt want the Jegs logo. I emailed them a couple of times to see if you could get them without the Jegs logo, I even refered to this site with one of the threads.

Of course they never responded to the email. I believe someone got some and had the logo milled out.

Man if they didn't say jegs and weren't sold by jegs I'd own a set of these. Needless to say jegs pissed me off a couple of years ago.

Been peeping those for a while. If Jegs wasn't on them I'd own a pair

Talking Just cover it!

Finding nothing else out there...

(other than these thin plates that show all the crap underneath them- AND looks like you have to take them off just to add oil!!! http://wheelskin.com/spe-665023.html (Yeah they have them for LS1's too just not on the site)

...I broke down and got a set from Jeg's. Just like you guys I didn't want the Jeg's logo and even asked them if they could buzz out a set without it...oh, yeah right.

But I'm thinking I can cover that logo with a billet plate with cubic inches or something. I think the SLP badges might be a little small but worth a try. I'll figure something out that looks good.

One thing I'm looking forward to is hopefully some valvetrain noise reduction. I have kick-*** $$$ T&D rocker arms but they are sure noisy. THink I'll line the covers with some sound deadening stuff too.

They sure are going to look good with anodized red Aeromotive fuel rails and metallic silver FAST intake! I'll post photos when I get them on.

All in all I think it's definately worth the hassle of covering that logo up with a badge or just machining it off (although that would leave a blank spot)

Covering with with a nice CU In plate would be cool, hell, try and get ahold of muffinbuster, and see if he'll laser etch you something custom.
