Default T-Top Glass swap?

My neighbor shot a rock from his riding lawn mower this morning and broke the glass. I found a Top at a junk yard for $100 and was hoping to just change out the glass. I like having a key that works both tops.... Any one know how to or how hard it would be to change the glass....? Thanks.

You cant only change the glass since the glass is built in to the rubber molding of the T-TOP. The only thing you can do is change out the locks.

"That's like wiping before you poop, don't make no sense"

Just change the locks, or have the new one re-keyed.

Good stuff. I just thought the frame on my top would be in better shape. The new used one is older.... Didn't think of changing out the lock. Thanks.

I feel your pain with buying a new T-top. When i first got my car i had to replace the windshield. The guys who did my windshield must have taken the tops of for easy instal but never put the back on right. i didn't drive the car for a few days after that because it rained, but when i finally took it out i went for a little cruise and both tops flew about 50 feet in the air an shattered. I was so pissed because i couldnt even prove that the ******* never but them on right.

That has to be the most retarded thing I have heard on dudes end. I have had my T-Tops tinted for 4 years without any problems. If they would build to much heat, then normal windows that come tinted from factory that are tinted over would also break from heat. I havenever heard of that happening.
