Reverse Berger? I was just thinkin of an idea, a reverse berger? black car, and a flat color, maybe silver or som??

I think silver might look good, but som is a color that really demands attention and probably wouldn't flow well. It would be more of a centerpoint to focus on than an accent piece, IMO.

i saw a firebird with the ceta mod or whatever it was gunmetal on black it looekd good so maybe that berger panel in gunmetal would work

Flat black berger on a black car is just plain stupid. At least with other colors, it kind of looks like you meant it to look like that (to non f-body enthusiasts), but with a flat black on a black car, it will just look lazy.
