Installing stock Grill?

Installing stock Grill? I have seen many threads on how to remove them but what about installing them? Does the front bumper have to be removed to get those wing nuts tight on the back?

It's really not that tough, my buddy and I replaced mine, We had the nose off and back on in 45 mins. They center themselves too so don't be worried about that.
