Default Restoring interior 1980 TA

A friend and I started to restore my 1980 Trans Am i just picked up last weekend. I started with the instrument panel and cluster. Took everything apart, touched up things here and there, replaced ALL instrument lights and polished up the metal dash plate. I was VERY pleased with how it turned out and just wanted to show everyone how much it actually cleaned up! Im loving this car more every day! Here is the link to the pics that are hosted on my car clubs site...

reminds me of my black 81 turbo TA. first brand new car I ever bought. it had every factory option except the special edition package (I didn't like all the gold stripes around the windows).

I used to own a few 2nd gen's, love them! Good work on the dash. The only thing i don't like about those cars (besides no hp..) is the seats! they dont recline. Keep it up and please post more pics of the rest of the car!!!
