I don't think I have a really up close shot of mine, but you can see them in this pic. It's the small aluminum block with the 2 acorn nuts hanging from the cowl just above the valve covers on either side of the block:

Pretty easy to install. Just be sure to reconnect the plug wires in the proper order. Don't ask how I found out!!

I'll answer the first question: Thunder Racing relo kit. Includes the Taylor 10.4 mm plug wires. Pricey but good quality.

Second question: I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you!!

Nah, it was pretty easy. The wires have straight (180 *) boots on them so they come off the block pretty much straight out which is good to clear the headers. Then just zip tied them at various points to keep them together and ran them up and behind the coil pack "brick". Worked out really well because the only part of the plug wires you can see are literally where they come off the plug. Everything else is really concealed.

thats exactly what im aiming for once i get some LT headers. still a long ways off but id like to move all the clutter from the valve covers and put a nice set of FRC's over them

i beleive the last picture those are the stock ones. Funny what you find hiding under all those coils. Another thing GM should of done in the factory. Those setups all looks soo clean!
