Default New SS emblems?

I was wondering if you can re-use SS emblems...Can you buy adhesive or what? I just bought 1 pair of SS emblems and I don't want to have to buy more.

I don't see why not. Just cut the adhesive to fit the emblem and you should be good to go.

Just so you know, when I removed my sotck ones to replace them with the stainless ones, I was only able to 'save' 1 set. The emblems aren't a flexable urythane they are actually quite stiff. At any rate, be super-dooper careful when you remove them or you'll end up with shattered dreams. Good luck.

Mine were pretty flexible when I took them off, definitely re-usable. Used a blow dryer at first, then found it wasn't necessary. The adhesive looked like contact cement.

Just use 1/4" double side tape .

***tip...Cut the dbl-sd tape in half (1/8'') so that you can contour it easier on the backside of the emblems.

When I took mine off the stuff seemed exactly like contact cement.

That is dumb to re-use them, especially with any double-sided tape. They won't sit as flat as they did, and are probably tweaked from being removed. Just buy new ones, they aren't that expensive.

You can sell the used one to some Z28 poser that wants SS emblems to help recover some of the cost

....My used SS emlems are in great condition though...that's why I was wanting to re-use em..I want the adhesive because double sided tape seems cheaply done..
