Not only in my car but in other people's cars I've observed that it seems one taillight is bright/darker than the other side. I thought this might have been a burnt bulb (which it was) but when I took out the assembly, it had like a half a gallon of water in there! No wonder the bulb went out, i'm surprised all of them didnt either. Is this a common thing or is it just me and a few others that have that problem?

And no, I havent gotten into any rear end accidents.
