Default CF patterned adhesive vinyl

Ok, I've searched Ebay many times over and cannot find REAL cf with adhesive backing large enough to cover the B-pillars and hatch speaker panels with one piece. I could have it wrapped in aluminized fiberglass, but that would be about 2x as much as just using the cf patterned vinyl. I won't even have back seats when all is said and done.

Have any of you seen the vinyl adhesive cf? Is it actually decent looking or complete ****? I don't mind spending the money to have the pillars wrapped if I have to, but if the adhesive stuff looks good, then I'll just go that route so I can try to get everything finished up this winter. Thanks for the replies.

I addressed this in another thread, maybe not to you directly, but as a reponse. You will NOT find the real stuff with the 3M adhesive backing in anything over I believe 22"X 19" or something like that unless you have it custom made. The only thing you'll find bigger is the fake *** adhesive vinyl with a simulated CF look that's used in sign making and for vinyl decals. Looks fake as ****. You're going to have to go with the real thing and have them wrapped.
$150-$200 for the real thing versus $25 for some fake garbage is money well spent in the long IMO.

Yes that was my thread you posted in Bryan. I looked all over the place but all I could find was the 22x19 or smaller stuff you had posted in that thread. I didn't know if the vinyl stuff looked real or not. I guess I'll pay to have it wrapped. No sense in cheaping out on 4 parts when I'm going all out on everything else. Thanks

Was it the vinyl "carbon fiber" or was it real carbon fiber made with the woven material and resin?
