what is the best way to repair a front bumper cover? the front bumper cover on my SS is torn.
today the guy at the insurance's recommended body shop said they want to just repair, repaint the affected area, then reclear the entire front bumper.
i thought these bumpers couldn't be repaired? don't they have to be replaced?
