I wanted to see pictures, results in cleaning LT1 engines and how they cleaned it.

When i first got the car:


Gettin there....


Now:


used lots of degreasers, pressure washer, repainted engine bay, lots of hand scrubbing and polishing, and mothers billet polish is your best friend.

When i got the car....

After i cleaned it...


i used simple green... sprayed about a half bottle on.. let it sit for like 20 minutes.. then rinsed it all off.. and rubbed down the rubber hoses w/tire wet

They all look good, so noone hoses the engines off it seems to be the best way wipe it all down with cloth. Thats what Ill do.

Its nice to see that some other people around here care what it looks like under the hood. If there is one thing I cant stand is a dirty engine/bay , it drives me nuts (seriously) Good Job guys

wow, amazing work. Glad mine has stayed clean. Spraying it down usually every other car wash.
