Default Where can i get a spoiler like this?

somebody said that you can buy the freedom design spoiler from the ws6store.com for a camaro and it would fit a trans am, but no one ever elaborated on it. So can you buy one and it will fit right on? or do you have to do custom fabrication to get it on there? i had never thought about it before, but it doesnt seem like the edge of a camaro spoiler was the same exact contour of the deck lids on our trans ams. If the one at ws6store doesnt fit, does anyone know of one that will? Or should i just go with either the mecham spoiler or the firebirdevolution spoiler? much help much appreciated!!

yes i know its an o3 421 sd trust me i freaked out when i saw that car in a magazine becuase those are the rims i want for my car and i have had many many many argumetns with ignorant people over wether or not theyd fit and then when i saw them installed on that car i bought the magazine and showed everybody who was arguing over it. I know all about the car and i have seen it in person i didnt realize i had mislead averybody i thought my post made sense im sorry.I still dont know where it says i want that specific one, however, the point is that i was only using it as an example. Like the ones on the dh camaros or all the other camaros with that type spoiler. in fact i think i emphasized multiple times that i was wondering if a rumor i heard, about a CAMARO spoiler fitting, was true. Tainted i usually thoroughly enjoy your posts very much and in fact we have a lot in common im 21 and have had 9 cars and my parents own multiple car dealerships and i run a shop where we rebuild ferraris. But, did you even read my post? or just look at the picture? I in no way am asking if i can buy the spoiler on the retro ta from o3 i am wondering if anybody anywhere sales this style spoiler for whatever car that will fot our trans am hatches. Sorry to run on and on and im sorry to sound like an *** but i really wanted to know about hte forementioned spoiler from ws6store cause in multiple posts people have touched subject on this spoiler fitting our cars and i was wondering how it fit. Will it bolt right on? or rather be glues with 3m tape or do you have to custom fabricate it? if it doesnt fit does anyone know one that does?

Wow, it sounds like you got a little bit of sand in your vagina.

Can't be bought. Just as Tainted said...Camaro spoiler won't fit.

You apparently own a shop with access to carbon fiber capabilities. Just custom build you one and then attach it using the same "glues and 3m tape" you use to rebuild all those Ferrari's.

i run the shop i dont actually do the work i do the business side of things and i would really really like to learn how. I would just like to know which product is the best starting point. I have an extra trans am hatch and i have no profesional experience but i messed around with an 88 fiero i used to have and did ok work. I was just asking for advice you know? like a direction to start with. All i meant about the glue and 3m tape is that most body parts are held on with adhesive 3m double sided tape. Ive never added a spoiler to a camaro so i dont know wether or not its bolted.

btw svt this-lmfao, whats with your sig!? lol

How hard would it be to "Adapt" the freedom design / G2 spoiler

Well it may not really be all that difficult if you know someone who can work with fiberglass/carbon fiber. The spoiler itself is going to be fiberglass so you could make it fit. You could buy it and adhere the spoiler to the hatch. You'd have to grind it down to make the lines fit and make everything even. You could add fiberglass to smooth it out more and either line up the contour or create new ones completely.

It wouldn't be tough with an experience fiberglass guy and an extra hatch.
It would be next to impossible with just your DD and a first attempt by yourself at fiberglass work.

Oh, and my sig just represents my belief that a Camaro or a Ferret or a combination of the two kick more *** than most things, like a Honda or a Hamster. I have 3 of them and they are the perfect pet for someone with an hour or 2 a day to give them attention. I wish I could sleep 22 hours a day and have someone feed me and clean my **** up.

Does anyone recall seeing any pictures of a dark colore (NBM or black perhaps) Trans Am with what looked to be like a custom spoiler. It was the regular high rise spoiler, but the edges had been "beveled" almost, and they turned down and the ends...anyone remember seeing this?
