Finding BLACK leather interior
I've been on the hunt for a while not for a Black on BLACK WS6 or TA
A majority of the cars im finding have the Ebony Interior. I have yet to find one with BLACK Leather
why are they so hard to find? was black leather a limited production?

Probably no one wanted to fry in the summertime is why the lack of them. I've got a pewter z28 with black leather and it gets hot as hell in the summer even with the ac blasting its a bit warm.

Earlier 4th gens, such as the 93-94 & possibly later cars had what was called 'graphite' interiors. Which was a very dark gray.
If you are looking at later LS1 4th gens, the only 'black' available was the 'ebony'.
It's already been said above.
(*In my best Stevie Wonder voice*) "Ebony & Ivory, ..."
"Ebony" is black. You'd think you'd know that, growing up in the back hills of North Carolina, ..., J/K! It's a 'Kramer' joke!

It just seems wierd, how i've seen some cars with the ebony, and they are more of a charcol color rather than black. but then some cars ive seen and they look completely black...i guess its all in the lighting.

You'll find most people have a dark gray interior and list it as ebony. Its quite funny actually. Just do a search on ebay for some interior parts. I'd bet almost %50 of dark gray interior pieces are listed as ebony.
