Default ? about removing fender

i am putting a new drivers side fender on a 94 trans am. im having problems with one bolt. its the one on the very front of the fender thats like under the head light. i cant find a way to get to it very easily. any suggestions?

yeah that one was a pain in the ***, it ended up just being easier to take off the whole headlight. Otherwise the best way is from underneath if i remember right, use a 10mm wrench and squeeze your hands up under there with the headlight in the up position.

thanks for the advice. figured it out. new fender is on. ill put up pics in the am. got the suspension fixed too. only thing left now is to fix the crack in the rear bumper and have that sprayed red
