looking for a BLACK billet fuel door for 99 z28 i always thought it would look cool to have a black billet fuel door since i have the black roof on my pewter camaro. does anyone know where to find something like that? if not, would the ones for the silverado work??

well i did some searching and found that eclipse doors 00-05 work on our cars. are there any others out there that would work?

I've seen a car with a billet fuel door painted black and the recesses where the bolts go were left aluminum. It didn't look too bad. I think I have a pic somewhere at home I'll try to find and post.

Here ya go. This was a Black SS at Chevy Vettefest in Chicago with chromalusion blue/purple stripes. It also had C5 Vette taillights molded into the rear panel.

eh... i think it looks alright on black. probably not so much on any other color but don't let everybody else's opinions sway you. it's your car, you're the one who has to see it every day.
as was mentioned earlier... if you want to do it your best bet is to get an 00-05 eclipse one and have it painted.
