OK, well, just got my car back from the body shop and they installed my SS hood, and while i love it and wouldnt ever go back to stock, i feel like it needs something! Im torn about the stinger hood decal, on the one hand i think its nice, but with the theme im going for it would be black and i tend to think that would be alittle much! If u guys have some pics of diffent things i could do, or maybe diffent colors other than black on silver that would help. Also, im not a fan of the part in the hood in-front of the scoop being a differnt color.

Just get the stinger painted...or do racing stripes like me If you get the stinger painted, I would go with silver or Rally red, that would look killer

u are aware that my car is silver right? So a silver stinger would be indistinguishable on a silver car and look loke it does now, a silver hood. Red though, would look maybe to flashy and off the wall on silver, but thanx for ur help man and nice ride!

LOL!! my bad man, I must have misread something. Well in that case, a Black manta stripe would look freakin clean! actually red would look great too, I dont think it would look too flashy, maybe do a photoshop and see what it would look like

well, still not sure what a manta stripe is? Sounds familier, sure ive seen it before, just dont remeber. Definatly not feeling the red though.

I think the Manta is the same thing you are calling a Stinger, but I could be mistaken.

If you want something to compliment your hood and at the same time not have it be a little too much for you, go with the hood scoop insert.

before my car went to the shop, and when i didnt have the hood yet, i had the Grand Sport style stripes on the driver's side fender, not sure if i want to put them back on though, since ive got the hood now.

thnx for the pix guys! So what do u all think about the GS Stripes? They were on the car for about 2 years before the accident, and it looks wierd without them, but if i do the manta i dont know if i want to do the GS stripes or visa versa?? input?
