TA fog light switch write up? Is there a write up that describes how to chand the light in the fog light switch of trans am? Search has provided one for a Camaro, but the switch looks somewhat different. Thanks for the info.

Why would take the bumper off to get to the switch in the instrument panel? I'm asking about changing the indicator color from amber to green using an LED for the switch. Thanks

The TransAm headlight switch face plate has red film on it. You can buy one from a Camaro on Ebay (theres a thread lurking on here where a guy found a chemical that removed the film, but I cant remember what he used). You'll need to take the tiny light out and put a resisted LED in its place. I'll be able to get you the write up later tonight. This is all from memory from when I did mine almost a year ago.

oops, I misread the thing myself. Hes asking for the foglight switch. I was thinking he was talking about the headlight switch.

The fog light switch has me baffled. It's much different (IMO) from the Camaro fog light switch. I found the write up for that switch from www^Kiliente^com site.

Here are pictures of the Camaro switch from Keilente write up, going from left to right. The remainin are from the Trans Am. Any ideas on pos and neg leads for the LEDs? Thanks for the input.
