I still plan to take some 1000 & 1600 grit to it to finish it off, but its made leaps & bounds so far

does that safetly loop not touch anything? Looks like a very small shift eitherway and it would rub/vibrate.

Exhaust looks good Torched, I thought about doing it that way, but mine is entirely welded so its not coming off

Looks good but that looks like raw steel now , how are you going to keep it from rusting ?
