Default Halos fit that bad?

We had a 98 Camaro in our shop the other day for inspection.. and it had black halo's.. and they looked like ****. They were wobbling all over the place and they sat back too far from the bumper.

Are all halo's like this?.. I have never seen any others up close.

By the way if the owner is on here.. a white A4 98 Z28 with halos, cheap grille, black stripes, berger panel and cloth interior... sorry for failing your car, but it was unsafe in too many ways.

Most halos do not fit wheel. By using your stock OEM brackets the fit is MUCH better.

I used the supplied brackets, with some work they fit pretty damn good. Been on over 10 months now.

Mine fit horribly at first but I used a ton of washers and adjusted the hell out of them and they fit perfectly now.

Each car is different...I had a pair in my 99 Z and the fit was bad, I had to use some washers to space them out to look right. I took the out and put them in my wifes 98 Z and they fit perfect.

Just take your time and they can fit this good.
I've actually angled them back a tad since this pic.
