Has anyone done this?
Just wondering if anyone has taken aftermarket tailights like this or something similar and sprayed them with the nightshades to black them out?

a buddy of mine is actually going to spray jetblack coats on my stockies to darken them out a little bit. It will look alot better than buying those ricey aftermarket, IMO..

do you think if you used clear euro lights or de-tinited lt1 lights and got led bulbs it would make a difference for the better? and then used nightshade so no one could see them? what about a thin thin coat to kind of make grey tailights?

Thanks for the comments, from those who actually read all of it, lol, I might try it. Im about to do the nightshade on my stockers and i was just thinking if theyre gonna be blacked out anyway, maybe a different light pattern would be something a little more unique. I'll have to see if i have a couple of bucks laying around to grab a pair of ebay.
I remember the one guy who had riced ones and blacked them out but couldnt find it and was wondering if anyone had pics. so post up if anyone has any pics

Meissenation(SP?) did it. I happen to think it turned out pretty sweet and I'm normally a hater on the Camaro ricer lights.
Heres a pic of his car in the day. I have seen him post some night pics of it. But I can't find them on his site.
