Default Crack developing in Door Panel(s)

I own a 2002 Ram Air TA. I'm on my five year with the car. Its in almost perfect condition. These past 3 months I've notice a slice developing in my car door panels(both sides). I called the dealership and was informed its a defect of the car. Its not covered on my extended warranty.

Has this happen to any TA owners, and where could I get a replace door panel or a good price.

It has happened to me on both doors also. When I rode in a buddys TA in San Diego I noticed his had them also, both in the same location as mine.

Welcome to the club bro. It's a pretty common problem. Try not rolling your windows all the way down, I heard that helps. Although once its already cracked it'll probably just keep going. At least mine has.

There's a thread on how to keep it from spreading/starting. Do a search.

yeah, when i got mine it already had a decent crack in the drivers door panel, and now theres one starting in the passenger door.

ive never heard about not rolling the windows down...that sucks cause id rather roll the windows down than use the a/c. most of the time both my windows are all the way down...
