I'm an idiot (ta fog housings)
Maybe it's because I'm exhausted and jetlagged but I can't figure out how to pull these damn things out. I found the two 10mm bolts behind the fender and the screw in the front but the bracket won't bend to come out. The way this thing is shaped it doesn't want to push through the front or pull out the back.
Am I missing something? I figured this would be basic as hell...
Thanks in advance for making me feel dumb .

I also could not get them out. WHen i changed the bulbs, I took out the two 10mm bolts and tilted the housing down to access the bulbs. I could not, for the life of me, get them out I also cut my arm up on the polyurethane front end where the flap pulls down, ouch.

It sucks, the passenger side fog, broke and I had to take the plastic part under them out, they come out towards the front and you have to bend them quite a bit but nothing happens to them, you might scratch the plastic around them where the cut outs are. hope this helps

grrrr these things don't want to come out through the front, the light clears but then the bracket catches. I think I put quite a few scratches in the paint trying to yank on them.
guess I needed paint work up there anyway...

I know what you mean, all f-body owners have cuts and scratches on themselves and the car from messing with it, the cutouts are plastic so just stick your hand (cuts and scratches) or something to push it a little so the plastic bends enough to clear the housing

yeah i'm used to getting torn up working on this thing so I'm not afraid of getting cut or anything, it just seems like this plastic doesn't have enough give to bend an opening big enough even when i'm cranking on it. i'm trying to leverage it open with my thumbs from the front...did you pull it open from the back?
