Default ? About the FireHawk Hood

After doing a little research for a friend about the dif between the FireHawk hood and the SunCoast Raptor hood I have a question. Does the real "FireHawk" hood require any cutting of the front bumper? And if you buy a used one will the hoods be dif for the T/A and Formula.

Also the absolute cheapest I've seen a FireHawk hood is about $1200 or so, unpainted and w.out the FH emblem. Anyone know where you can pick up one for cheaper? I really dont think the Raptor hood is anywhere as cool

Yes, if you buy an authentic Firehawk hood you'll have to cut the nose. The hoods are the same between both the Formula and Trans Am versions of the Firehawk.

I agree with you, I like the hawk hood alot better than the raptor hood just because it doesn't over lap the nose. You'll have to find one used if you wanna save the price tag.
