For the taillights: AutoVentShade TailShade Blackouts for the 93-02 Pontiac Firebird, Part #33041
Available from most local parts stores, ..., for about $38-48 bucks, ..., & yes they simply 'snap on', no velcro.

Most people are now using the VHT Niteshades paint approach, as they think the covers are too "1980-ish". But they would be removable, ..., where the VHT Niteshades is a permanent thing.

I looked at these but didn't want stick on covers. So I opted to VHT my stock tail lights. Came out pretty good & only cost $20. I think it came out pretty good.

Looks good, what i really like is how you left your reverse lights, with 3% tint on my back glass i really can't afford any less visibility at night. how much time did you spend on yours and did you simply tape off reverse bulbs with masking tape?

Yes they do, but I got rear-ended twice after putting blackouts on my old Camaro. Whether those two accidents were related to the blackouts is up in the air, but I can say that they definitely didn't help.

I always loved the way they looked though. Didn't take them off till I sold the car.

Sorry, I don't have any pics and my winter wheels are on now.
There is someone on here with a black T/A with the same wheels and its in his sig pic. If I find it, I'll post it.

EDIT:
Here are pics of jbutta224's car:
