Default Raptor hood...air box?

Well think i've decided to order a raptor hood for my car, i think the lines go good with the car. Question is, do you all think its worth it to get the air box with it? I dont know how much of a gain you'd really see over a good lid.. opinions? Thanks!

no, just get a good aftermarket lid

might also want to look into a WS6 base (if it will fit under the Raptor hood)...

I think its worth it. I had the Raptor hood with each and it can be nothing but benficial to have a sealed unit that is getting air that high up in the air rather than right off the hot pavement where the air dam channels the air into the lid from. I dont have any scientific proof but I bet if you monitored IAT temperatures you'd be noticably better off with the SCC airbox.
