Default 2002 Ruined Som SS

check out these two seperate auctions going on ebay right now... 2 different, both 2002 SOM SS... with rediculous ground effects. take the ground effects off and they are perfectly good cars but jesus christ why do people do this to 2 such beautiful cars and the color too.

SOM SS #1

the ground effects bashing never stops around here does it? the first one looks nice. the second one could clearly use some paint, and some new gauges in my opinion.

Some people like GFX, some dont. Let it go.

Ive met the guy that owns the first one, I will admit it looks better in person than it does in pictures. Im not a fan of ground effects at all, and I am a strong believer that they should only be put on Mustangs and Rice Rockets. Because both cars are gay and deserve to have something else to make the car look even more cheap than they do already. But the 2nd one had to be a Honda owner and then realized he couldnt handle any sort of power or low mpg numbers, so he is selling it.......

The car is not worth it because of the exterior interior color IMO.

Yeah, the price he's claiming is RETAIL value of a perfect car... on a private sale of a previously damaged salvage title car plus it says it was repaired with all original gm parts but it's got an aftermarket ss hood?

I dont' think the first one is that bad at all. The second one is just weird without any paint and his gauges are a little over the top. These could be alot worse with ricer style gfx and chrome dubs with a 2" drop.

I like the gall of the first auction to put a $24,999 price into the auction on a salvage car with 58,000 miles.

#1 looks ok. #2 needs abit of work. Eventhough I'm not a fan of ground effects on any camaro, these don't look bad at all.
