Default Nice tip for a fast gloss finish

I recently heard of this and tried it today. You need two microfiber rags. In one you will apply furniture polish (like Pledge). Let it soak in it, squeeze of the excess. This will make the rag saturated with the oils this stuff has. Apply it to your car, use the other clean rag to eliminate any streaks. Keep rubbing it until you see the great shine it gives. It is a truly wet look. Leaves the finish feeling very smooth. It is not greasy in any way. I was reluctant when I heard of it but now that I tried it, believe me it works!

I didnt until I tried it. This was said to me by a professional car/airplane detailer for 25 years....It wont hurt your finish. If you dont like it nothing will happen. Im telling you the gloss unbelievable. Remember this is not only polish but it is also wax.

I've also heard this from a painter and detailer but never got around to trying it since I've been happy with my quick detailer.

Ive always used the Meguairs Quick Detailer but honestly I think the Pledge gave me a better shine, plus it feels really smooth.

I've heard about this, the only downside is your car is now a dust magnet.

It works great, its an OLD trick from way back. People would use that all the time at car shows, Pam will work too lol. Its pretty gross though and on dark colors it will have a tendency to streak and want to "move" around and appear to never look just right. People also used to use black shoe polish on thier tires to make them extra black and new looking.

I would not recommend it to anyone, you can do the same thing with many off the shelf products loaded with silicones and oils.

From what I've heard....It may look nice, but has no durability.
