Default Headlight Problem! Light Beam to LOW!!

My Light Beam shoots to low. How can I fix this? Has anyone else had this problem? Any advice would be apprecaited!

lt1 camaros, torx bit, top screw turn it in to go up and out to go down
ls1 camaros, bolts at top and bottom, play with those to help aim them
lt1 & ls1 birds: i got no idea mine are low on my t/a and im gonna have to look at'em

pop your lights up, play with the top screw on the light, theres a little slot in the plastic trim above the light, need a torx bit. that lowers and raises the angle of the light.

Okay that did it thanx guys. Also theres another screw like that one on the side what does it do??
