I am going to have my windows tinted this thursday and I am wondering what percentage to go with. I don't want the windows to look so dark that it's gangsta if you know what I mean. Anyone have some pictures so I can compare and figure out what looks good please post them up!
Here is a picture of my windows as of now, what do you think would look good on it?

its kind of hard to make these cars look "gangsta", I went with limo in the rear and 15% on the sides. Cops will usually let the sides slide but the front windshield is pushing it so I never tinted my front. description given to the "dot matrix" looking section of the back glass near the top of the glass.

Most tint places will slightly scrape them away with a razor to let the tint adhere better.

Another way to do it is to lay a piece of black vinyl over the section with the dots and then let the tint place just tint the area below the vinyl.

Any chance I can get a close up pic of these dots? I have no clue wtf your talking about and my car is 5 1/2 hours away from me right now and its bugging the crap out of me.

I don;t have any close ups of them but they line the top of the back glass and when the tint was applied the bumps made it hard for it to stick....i'll try to get some pics

.....see the black outline that runs around the glass....on the top around the roof the black is little dots.....that explain it better

I HAD 15% on the sides and back and got 2 tickets (but got them dropped) so I took it off and replaced with 30%

15%-I am getting it again damn it! I miss it too much...noone could see me it was perfect!

wow these cars definitely look a lot better with tint... I have never been pulled over so I don't want something that a cop will like to munch on.

Do what you want on the sides but 5% on the hatch is mandatory.
