Haha basically for the cluster you need to unbolt the two 7mm bolts at the top of the plastic shroud. Tilt the steering wheel all the way down and try to bend/pull the plastic shroud out. It has a lot of flex in it so dont be too wooried but at the same time be precautious. With the cluster now revealed, unbolt the 4 bolts at each corner and try to pull it out with the steering column all the way down and the lever now unscrewed and out of position. I like the method of lowering the top and pull from the bottom of the cluster. Then replace your 5 leds and re-install.

On the HVAC, pull the bezel off (it's held in by just clips) and you will see two small bolts revealed on the sides of the A/C controls. Unbolt them and pull that assembly forward a little bit. It shouldn't be pulled but an inch or so because there is not much slack with the wires. On the top of that a/c assembly you will see the two bulbs that illuminate the HVAC. twist and bull out of socket and you may need to break the factory bulbs out and pull by the filament with needle nose pliers to get the rest out. Install your new #73/74 leds and re-install.
