Default LED 194 Bulbs Not Working!?

I just installed my white face gauges and also bought 8 LED 194 bulbs from pep boys for like 8 bucks a pair...I took all the old bulbs out and popped the new ones in their place and twisted them back into the cluster. All the needles work fine but the bulbs don't illuminate at all. Did I miss something here? There's no way that all 8 bulbs are bad. Is there something special that needs to be done to the prongs of the LED bulbs??
Help!

Yep, turn them 180 degrees and try again.

turns out they were actually all installed correctly...just really dim. Ihad to put the cover over the car just to realize they were working. Swapped 'em out and put the old stock bulbs back in. Note to anyone buying single 194 LED bulbs from pep boys - they suck and aren't bright.
