go to the paint and body section, look towards the top in the stickys it will say CETA HOW TO...

If you get a new unpainted bumper, then you can do a TRUE CETA mod. Just paint the rest of the bumper the body color and have the lower valance taped off. Yup, thats right! It't nothing but unpainted plastic on a CETA!
