I believe www.3rdgendecals.com has what you're looking for. They were part of the 35th anniversary package in 02.

Phoenix Graphix has the originals that were originally made by SLP . . . SLP no longer makes them so phoenix bought the rights, or so i've been told by them 
i bought my rally stripes from them also

I had some 35th stripes on my SS, but I got tired of them. Spoiler stripes developed little spots from the sun and the stripes on the hood had several chips in them from rocks, so I had them removed.
I really like the clean look right now. I'm going to remove all emblems to finish it up.
