Ram Air air lid decal

The Ram Air decal that came on the air cleaner lid of some WS6s, can anyone tell me what years that was included, and where they are available? Any idea what the part number is? Thanks.

I had to buy a lid from a 02 ws6 just to get that ******* sticker......

As far as what years, I'm sure it came on 98 and up ws6's. I don't know a part number though.
