My car is coming along Sorry no pics as of yet....
But here is what i am doing. Still i a work in progress.
Since the 99's - 02 cars have the sail panel recall, i am getting my painted onyx black. Just waiting for the delership to tell me to bring my car in which should be tomorrow. Then i bought onyx black side mirrors. then the next final thing i did was get OEM side markers (4) and VHT'd them and right now they are drying from the clear
but i will get some pics soon.....

thanks... right now i have a VFN WS6 hood. the gel coat is still black i need to get the hood painted soon...... hopefully for right now all the black will look good.
black sail panel, black hood, black mirrors, black side markers... we will see

Yup i got the dealer to cover this. If you go to the paint section and in the sticky go to the sail panel recall thread i posted some details. If they are not clear PM me and let me know..
Sorry for the teaser thread. I can get some pics of the side markers that are drying right now? I will prolly take some pics tomorrow of the car with VFN WS6 hood, black mirrors and black side markers

Wow, that thing has potential! It is going to look sick with the black-on-red look too! Be sure to order Black Decals to replace the white decals. Have you thought about the smoked DRL Covers and Fog Light Covers?
Oh by the way, the rotors are facing the wrong direction.

i dont know what i am doing as far as the decals go.
And no, the rotors are on correct

Looks really good Jonas, you've been really busy latelly. Is the sail panel the part behind the doors, that has the Firebird decals on it? If so, your car is going to look great. Definitely post up some pics when it's all done.

Looking good.....once you paint the sail panels black....those birdies that are on their now.....they will wind a home in the garbage and hopefull won't return, right?
