Default Polishing brake lines?

Can the brakes lines coming from the ABS module be polished? If you've done it, what did you use?

I polished them. I'll get some pictures for you later today if I can remember. Send me a PM to remind me. I used some steel wool and some Mothers Billet polish to get started and then I used a drill with a polishing wheel and some rouge I snagged from Lowes...and a lot of time.

Done and done. I used 600 grit sanpaper than finished it up with like 1500. It is gonna take a while. I too finished it up with the mother polish. It looks stupid shiny when its done. Completly unneccessary I just blame it on being OCD. You can also polish the MAF and the pulley to the left of the throttle body and the thermostsat. BLING that **** up!

I figured i'd have to sand them first... I polished the ABS box, and the ac canister, then hit the brake lines with some mothers polish and they just laughed at me...

They can be chromed but the ends where the floating screw attaches to the ABS block and res. at the top will probably cause the chrome to scratch and eventually flake away. It may be able to be done but I'm not spending money on something that doesn't make me faster...however, I will spend some of my time with a buffer and some mothers polish every now and again.

Maybe these pictures will help you guys out a bit. This is my car (2002 Camaro SS) with a few of the engine components shined up. Please keep in mind, I haven't touched them in a while and I've been busting my *** at work instead of on the car's up keep like I should so the polish jobs are shitty.

Again, Pardon the **** all over everything and the crappy buff jobs. Like I said, It all needs a lot of work right now.
