UPS man stopped by...
& dropped off my first package from Bo White. This is my head gaskets, new GM head bolts, port/polished TB & intake. On the intake "P" (Y2K Pewter SS) had done some polishing to make it look presentable before I sent it to Bo, but upon opening it I was shocked. Bo told me he did a little polishing on the top of the intake just for kicks, but I didn't expect it to look this good. I am still in shock over how much work I got done for the money I paid out. It's simply unbelieveable.
Now I'm just waiting for Patriot to finish up my heads & ship them to me. They will be fully assembled w/Patriot Gold duals & ready to bolt in when I recieve them.
This should all look very nice along with the Polished covers from Specialized Stainless, chrome catch can w/braided lines & all my painted pieces.
Here is a pic of the intake before sending it out to Bo.(Our original deal was just to have the TB opening cleaned up & the ports smoothed out) Also I'll mention this intake started life as a Satin version & had some decent polishing done when I bought it used off Randy WS6 on here.
As it was when purchased
After P hooked it up(which was goood enough for me):
After Bo got done playin with it. I believe he said he used a 2 stage polishing system. And he cleaned up around the bolting area, which I had originally told P not to even worry about.

Thankx guys. I'm not goona tell anyone how much I paid cause I got a REALLY good deal from Bo on my package deal. Sorry, just PM him & he'll shoot you a very fair price. He was doin this intake, my TB & a set of 5.3 heads. The machine shop messed up something on 1 head so Bo took them to Gunnar to get fixed & assembled.
I'd have to take more pics to get some of the port work. And I'm waiting on the heads right now.

Well I just got some GREAT news. Gunnar called Bo & told him the heads are ready to be picked up, so I should have them by the first of next week. It'll probably be about 2 weeks after that before everythign is installed & tuned. So look for a new post then about before & after pics & I'll also be posting the dyno sheet & hopefully a video in the dyno section for those wanting to know the outcome.
