sick of my ugly dulled out headlight lenses!!!!
This is the deal i recently took them^ off sanded them for hours step by step first wet sanded with 400 grit then 800 then 2000 2 make it as fine as possible then i used turtle wax rubbing polishing compund then meguiars plasticx and they came out way better than before but after a few days they start looking a little bad again hazy so what i was wondering if anyone knows where i can just get new lenses only or do the lenses from the halos fit the stock headlights? i personally dont like halos.... right now i already did the whistler mod so i want new shiny see thru lenses. All help would be appreciated thanks.

Some people are ok with just sanding then polishing then waxing, but you have to maintain it. I removed all the original clearcoat by wetsanding until about 2000 grit, then I clearcoated with Rustoleum enamel. Maintenance free, clear as OEM and it lasts a long time.

looks great thanks for that tip i guess ill try that but there nothing like new but ill try that and see how it ends up bt if still not satisfied guna buy new lenses if anyone knows where 2 get them or buy the halos and use there lenses if anyone knows if they will fit...... but does anyone know where i can get the headlights that are kind of like when you do the whistler mod but only on the front and how much are they? i was thinking of buying those and doing the complete whistler mod on them.

Check the Hall of Fame sticky, I did a write-up on polishing the headlights. I can't remember the exact date of the polish but it can be found in the post. The headlight that I worked on just now needs to be polished again, and it's still nowhere near as bad as it started in my writeup. Probably close to 3 years now since the wet-sanding and polishing.
