Unhappy Any Hood pins MADE for F-bodys?

Damnit....I do NOT want to have to do this, but my hood is a piece of **** and it sticks up to far on the ends. When I hit anything over 75mph, it REALLY starts to worry me b/c the wind catches under it and it shakes horribly. Im just ready to pin it, and not worry about it. Ive been looking around, but I havnt seen any kits that are designed for a 4th gen. Any ideas?

PS. I have tried every "adjusting" trick in the book. It is just jacked up. I know hood pins look like ****, so please dont voice your distain. It is going to hurt me bad enough to have to do it...

Are you using a aftermarket hood? If you absolutely need them hood pins are univeral there not Make and Model specific. You can buy the Sparco type hood pins that slide in and out instead of the standard pin you always see.

Yes, I am. And its a piece of crap. How are people making universal pins work? That will require some type of brackets, wont it?

There are two holes on the radiator support that you can use for the studs for the hood pins. The Sparco hood pins assembly are screwed on to the hood and the pin itself just slides in and out of the hole and the tip of the stud.
