CLear coat question
A friend just recently painted my front quarter panel on my car cause it was hit, he gave me a huge discount, so i really dont want to bitch about the job. it looks good for the price, i'm happy, only that he must have took it out of the booth too soon and he parked it outside while it was raining. The paint must have not dried right because it was raining and the rain drops made small dots on the clear coat. It looks like water spots, only smaller and a lot of em. The car is under the roof now so hopefully it finishes drying.
My question is if i take my pc and buff the clear coat tomorrow when its nice and hot outside, will it fix the cricles on the clear coat?
Or is it not safe to buff the clear coat since its so fresh?
Thanks.
If yall want pictures to see what i'm talking about i will try to load some up.
I needed some more opinions...

Wet sand with 1000 grit wet or dry sandpaper, you find it at Lowes or at a bodyshop supply store. Following the wetsand, wash the area with a hose being sure to remove all chalky residue. Allow the area to dry first, and then buff as you normally would. Don't press too hard, allow the buffer to do most of the work.
Oh, and don't settle in one place for too long. You'll buff right through the clear cloat.
Good luck.
Just an FYI, but, depending on the magnitude, orange peel will occur unless exact temperature and humidity are met. There are also 'fish eyes', which begin as orange peel and settle nearly to a bubble. Fish eyeing is a result of an unclean primered surface, most likely contaminated with oil.

That looks like a horrible paint job, based on the reflection. Look at that roof edge of the building in your 2nd to last pic - it doesn't even try to look straight. I would pay money to get it done right.

The roof is from an old building, its made from random pieces of aluminum sheets. You can see the company logo under neath the roof, the lines are pretty straight. The paint job was not professional, again a friend did it all i had to pay for was the paint. I had the cash to get it done right but i really need to upgrade my suspension so i decided to keep the money for that instead. It doesnt look that bad, but its not perfect either
