Default Help Installing Corvette Fuel Rail Covers!

I've done the cuts to make them fit my 1999 trans am, but they don't seem to go in easily... I did made passenger side to fit, but driver is giving me some trouble. Seems like the metal bracket that holds the two throttle cables is in the way, do I just remove it? Any tips on how to make the installation a bit easier? Thanks in advance for the help! I did used the search option, thats where I saw how to cut them, but I'm still having some issues.

Had the same problem when I put FRC's on my 98. Just removed the bracket holding the throttle cable. Otherwise, they wouldn't snap on to the fuel rail. I've had no problems in regards to removing the bracket. Other than that, just take your time working them on.
