Default Some new pics of my 99 Z28 Vert with 315 GSD3's

Alright so I got bored and went out to snap some pics. The car has come along way since I got it and I have a thread showing the progress under the Vert section.

Picked up some 17x11 50mm ZR1's with 315/35 GSD3's and clear corners within the last month.

Excuse my crappy Photography skills
Tell me what you guys think.

You read my mind. Thats exactly what I have planned. The top is still in great shape but in time I will have it replaced and the Wolfe roll bar is already in the works.

What did it take to put those tires there? Did they just bolt on?

I actually really like that color/top combo. My ex had a car just like it, your car looks exactly as I had planned hers. I had already bought her the halo's and added a billet grill. I was going to get her some clear corners and then when her tires wore out some 17x9.5 zr1's, but then things went south and she took a hike. It's nice to actually she what I had planed in my head. Looks good man I really like it.

Hey thanks alot guys I appreciate the comments.

The hammering was not that bad, there is one spot inside the wheel well towards the front that has a bump and you have to smash that bump flat so it doesnt rub. I will get pics for you guys because I notice it only rubs now when taking corners at higher speeds so I will have to go back and do some more BFH.

I will however have to eventually roll the fender lip because again only under certain conditions it will slightly rub the tire.

But yea the look is definitely worth the work.

Yea that was the fun part. I lengthened the wires and placed the switch next to Fog light switch. I just made sure the wires were all properly done so that took more time than the cutting and installation of the gauges.

Or you could pop out the Camaro emblem next to it and open up two more holes. Then you would need an extra switch to fill in the additional spot.
Just an idea I think I seen it done on here before.

VERY NICE!!!!

I was going to go that route about a month back before I decided to go a different route. I have 275's and I thought they were a pretty good size. Those are huge.

Did you have to roll the fender lip and persuade the inner fender wells a bit?

No rolling of the fender lips right now but I did have to smash a small area of the fender wells. Because of the offset of these rims it really was not bad at all.
