Dunno if anyone's seen this before, but this is incredible. I know its not an LS1, but the extremes he goes through to get this car looking in top shape... wow. Wonder how long this took him?

That guy is insane, can you even imagine how much he has to charge for that?

I love to detail my car and all but I don't have the patience to go that far.

So he spent all that time to detail the intricacies of the car and decided that the best place to take pictures was in the dirt?!

If my car were THAT detailed, to know someone put that much time in it just to clean it; I'd be scared to drive it again of getting dirty. Haha.

Just before I got my black 97' TA, I wanted to play with some detail combinations. While I didn't get any interior picts or as many as that guy did,
it was pretty insane to do this:

I'd just started to see what would happen after one coat on the far left side after stripping to bare paint. That rest was residue before clay bar
after 3 washings.

notice the left over goo from plastic being held down with duct tape on the passenger side
where the window was broken out, under mirror to back window and on front windshield sitting in the summer sun.

The rims were pretty easy to pop off and let soak in degreaser with dish
soap then scrub and pop back on.

To this about a week later:

My son thought I was nuts for doing his car but I needed to work with some really crappy black paint!

That takes some patience. I semi buffed my car about two weeks ago and pretty much half assed applying the polish with the buffer because I was bored and tired.

Pretty standard full detail. Where he went above and beyond was filling in rock chips, repainting the bumper, and removing pieces (I just tape em off before polishing/paint correction). Nice work on his part. THAT detail not including what it would cost for the chip filling/replainting would probably run u around $700 to $800

If you keep a car up from the beginning you don't have to worry about an intense job such as that.

If you read the story, be bought it like that then detailed it to get it looking good, its not like someone didn't take care of it and sent it to him, this was a business vehicle, we all know how well those are looked after...

And I don't care what kinda car it is, just posting up a damn good example of an elaborate detail. One that I would never have the patience for lol.

I couldn't look over that as well lol. Ok I spent a billion hours detailing...let me drive on a dusty dirt road to take some pics. I guess he can just wash it again haha. Nice detail but holy crap that's just a little bit too far for me.
