I did a bunch of research and came up with B-Quiet insulation. But I haven't seen any write-ups on how to install it throughout the car.

Anyone know how or where to find this info?

As far as a butyl-asphalt deadener, I've heard good things about B-Quiet.

If you're looking for a step-by-step how-to on laying sound deadener in a F-body you probably won't find it.
Check out the link I've posted. He does a short blurb on installation tips under the 'how to' section.
Once you have the basics (which takes about 5 minutes to acquire) you're set.

FYI: You can pick up a wooden roller which makes installation 500x easier at Home Depot/Lowes.
It's in the wallpaper isle and is $3.
